**PLEASE NOTE** PLEASE TRACK YOUR PACKAGE. To ensure a safe and secure delivery. In addition to selecting standard shipping for USPS customers can select the option for USPS delivery with a signature confirmation at checkout. If signature confirmation with USPS or UPS is not selected at checkout, the customer is agreeing that packages may be delivered and left at their shipping address even when a recipient is not present. Packages will be deemed delivered per the shipping providers standard delivery confirmation. Please keep track of your package while in transit for a convenient delivery and receipt of your signature, if required. If preferred, you may also schedule a pickup at your local USPS at your convenience.

 

We ship all orders by USPS domestically and internationally. You may choose your preferred courier at checkout with or without signature confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You may track your order at www.usps.com.   Orders are normally processed within 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS (With an acceptation of customized Jewlery), excluding holidays (processing time does not include delivery time). PLEASE ALLOW COMPLETE PROCESSING TIME.

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed once an order is shipped (Note, in some instances items may ship separately, if this applies to your order an email notification is sent). Orders placed Friday-Sunday start processing the following business day. Pre-orders and custom orders may have an extended processing time, please refer to the particular product which notates an estimated ship date for pre-orders and custom orders.     

  

  DELIVERY TIME (once package ships): Delivery time does not include processing time.  For domestic orders, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery, expedited shipping within the US normally takes 2-3 business days if applicable. All international orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS. For Canadian orders, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. For UK orders, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. For other countries please allow 7-20 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimations, once a package has been shipped, we have no control over courier logistics.

NOTE: Shipping takes longer for customized Items. Please allow 10-18 Business days to receive.

Lucrative Apparel cannot be responsible for possible delays by the courier. Please note that couriers may experience delays through peak, high volume seasons and inclement weather. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

PRE ORDER POLICY: Items purchased on PRE ORDER are subject to delivery within 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date shown in the items description. Pre Order, Made to Order items are noted in the item's description. Please note, an estimated ship date noted in a product's description is approximate and subject to change. Generally, if an order contains a pre order item, the entire order is scheduled to ship with the pre order item(s). The client has the option to split an order containing a pre order item if the order amount is over $100.00. Please email us directly at info@Lucrativeapparel.co or a split order request. 

 

TAXES and DUTIES:  We are not responsible, nor do we collect duties or taxes on packages. TAXES and DUTIES are the customer's sole responsibility, and we have no control over taxes and duties imposed by your country. Please contact your local customs office for questions and concerns on taxes and duties. We do not issue refunds for packages not delivered due to unpaid taxes and duties.     

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES:  Please ensure your shipping address and email address is entered correctly upon checkout. Orders automatically ship to the address entered at checkout. Shipping notifications are automatically emailed to the email address entered at checkout. Once your item ships we are unable to correct your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address entered at checkout. We do not offer refunds, store credit or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.   

 

 

RETURNED PACKAGES/RETURN TO SENDER:  If your package is unclaimed, refused and returned to our warehouse, we will contact you by email to confirm your shipping address (our system automatically ships to the address entered at checkout) to have your package reshipped. We are happy to reship your order, however the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost. If your package is reshipped the full shipping fee is required before shipment. You will receive a reshipping invoice by email before shipping. If your package is unable to reship, you will receive a STORE CREDIT, NO REFUND IS ISSUED. Your store credit is less all shipping cost. You will receive an email with your store credit information.

 

ORDER/PACKAGE IS MISSING

1. File a claim immediately with USPS.

2. File a police report if you suspect your package has been stolen.

3. Wait for your USPS or UPS investigation results.

This affects us all globally as a whole, unfortunately, we have no control over courier logistics. We ask all our clients to be patient with their chosen courier as there could be delays in the transit times and the courier's tracking systems.
