Returns And Refunds

 

POLICY

No cancellations. No refunds. STORE CREDIT ONLY.  No exceptions. 

No changes can be made to an order once an order is placed.

 

AT lucrative apparel, we want you to have an awesome online shopping experience. We appreciate your time, attention and allowing us to offer you extraordinary fashion. Therefore, we try our best to give detailed information on all our goodies offered so you can make the best-informed decision about your purchase. If you have any questions about an item before you purchase, please email us directly at Info@lucrativeapparel.co, we are happy to help you! If for some reason you need to return an item, we do offer store credit only

 

 RETURN QUALIFICATIONS 

Customers are responsible for contacting Info@lucrativeapparel.co to initiate a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless there is an error, or the order is damaged lucrative apparel. Will provide a pre-paid label for approved damaged returns or orders shipped in error.

Items purchased from lucrative apparel are eligible for a return within 7 days of your delivery date.

RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM YOUR DELIVERY DATE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN. 

ITEMS RETURNED BEYOND 7 DAYS of delivery date WILL INCUR A 30% RESTOCKING FEE. 

A return authorization (RA) is required for all returns for store credit, you must contact us at info@lucrativeapparel.co to obtain a RA. It's quick and easy. DO NOT RETURN A PACKAGE WITH OUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE. This can result in a prolong store credit process, or no store credit at all. 

A return is eligible for store credit within 7 days of your delivery date (the date the customer's package is delivered) and postmarked within 7 days from your delivery date with your RA, NO EXCEPTIONS.  Receiving a RA does NOT extend the time for Lux Exquisites to receive your return for processing to issue a store credit.  All returns with a RA must be received in our warehouse with a POSTMARK DATE 7 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, tags, shipping bags, garment bags lucrative apparel bags your apparel arrived in) and boxes (if applicable) to be eligible for a store credit.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, unperfumed, unstained, undamaged. (Note, please be careful not to have makeup stains, deodorant stains on apparel, as they will not be accepted). 

Merchandise must have all original tags and original packaging intact to be eligible for a store credit.   

Earrings, swimsuits, sunglasses, or any made to order items or custom items, are NOT RETURNABLE. 

Custom orders, made to order items are NOT RETURNABLE. ALL SHOES ARE CUSTOM ORDER.

SALE items are FINAL and NOT RETURNABLE.   

Shipping fees are not refundable and are not included in store credits. 

**Please Note** lucrative apparel reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions and guidelines stated in our policy. Items returned which do not meet our return guidelines for a store credit and are refused by us are FINALE and may be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. 

lucrative apparel is not responsible for returned shipping fees. 

**We advise customers to ship with a tracking number to keep track of your returned package. We do not offer store credit for packages lost in the mail and never received in our facility. 

Once your item is received, PLEASE ALLOW 3-7 business days to process your store credit. Once your return is processed for a store credit you will receive your store credit information by email.

 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We make sure our items are checked through quality control. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately (date of delivery) at info@lucrativeapparel.co
